There is no Small Print.

We will do our very best to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from us please let us know and we will rectify the problem. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Delivery

U.K. Orders

Orders received will usually be dispatched with 2 working days via Royal Mail or overnight courier.

Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery if the item you have ordered is in stock. We will endeavor to be quicker.

Please leave a mobile telephone number with your order so that our couriers can contact you via text with your order updates

If you need next day delivery please call us with your order.

If we do not have the items in stock we can usually source it within 24 hours and we will send out the items to you as soon as they come back into stock. If for any reason it is going to take longer we will contact you.

Overseas Orders

Please contact us for details and costs.

Non Stock Items

When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery, and give you the option of cancelation and refund.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen working days of delivery. To cancel this contract, return the item to us (at the address shown above) in original, unopened condition. Enclose a note detailing your name, address, telephone number and "Cancellation of Order"

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage, unless the item supplied was not the correct item due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

When you are returning a item due to a error on our behalf or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges you may incurr due to returning the item.

Non Defective items can only be accepted for return if they are unopened and in their original condition

Electrical goods

Fitting of the parts we supply

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevant tools necessary to fit the parts correctly.

Pricing

All prices are in Pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Packaging is calculated at checkout and free delivery apply to any address in the UK. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice. In the event of pricing mistakes you will be notified prior to your order being processed.

Payment

You may pay by any major Credit card or Debit card if ordering by telephone (Please note, we do not accept American Express), or by cheque, UK postal order if ordering by post. Please do not send money (notes) in the post. If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit card, we will only charge your card upon despatch of the goods.If you choose to pay by cheque, your cheque will be cashed five working days prior the despatch of the goods.

Bike Selection

Parts on our website are supplied assuming original European bike specification. If your bike has any alterations we cannot be held responsible for errors.

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with the relevent tools necessary to facilitate fitment and confirmation of correct operation.
