Our R&D team is very often involved by our OEM customers in the very early design stages of their motorcycles, providing added value and co-design services.

The new generation Z-Ring seal, patented since 2003, featuring a special-designed conical shape on their inner side, represent the evolution of previous X-Ring designs. The Z-Ring flexes when assembled, creating a spring effect that guarantees the seal will not decrease over time. The special Z-Ring section provides enhanced chain flexibility. The conical section enhances the assembling on the bushing. The lubricant trapped between the plates and the lobes of the Z-Ring keeps the ring lubricated and increases its life.

JT Sprockets

Rubber cushioned sprockets have been widely used by the major Japanese motorcycle manufacturers since early 1990's to dampen the chain impact on the teeth of the front sprocket. JT Sprockets has now released these same sprockets to the after market. Quality, design and OEM proven technology are the same as used for what is supplied to the motorcycle manufacturers and genuine replacement part

JT sprockets are made using only the best available materials.SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front sprockets, and we are the only sprocket manufacturer using the ultra-durable high carbon C49 steel for rear sprockets.The JT Sprockets factory is the largest and most advanced in the world. It is fully equipped with high accuracy machinery, including the latest generation of CNC computer design and computer controlled metal cutting equipment.The essence of a high quality sprocket is in the high precision of manufacturing and the inherent quality of the material. Through accurate machining, JT ensures maximum durability and performance. JT Sprockets are manufactured the right way – by hobbing, machining and drilling. This is the only proven way to achieve the closest of tolerances and the most accurate teeth profiles.
