There is no Small Print.

We will do our very best to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from us please let us know and we will rectify the problem. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Delivery

U.K. Orders

Orders received on a working day before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or overnight courier.

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery if the item you have ordered is in stock.We will endeavor to be quicker.

If you need next day delivery please call with your order.

If we do not have the items in stock we can usually source it within 24 hours and we will send out the items to you as soon as they come back into stock. If for any reason it is going to take longer we will contact you.

Overseas Orders

Non Stock Items

When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery,and give you the option of cancelation and refund.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen working days of delivery. To cancel this contract, return the item to us (at the address shown above) in original, unopened condition. Enclose a note detailing your name, address, telephone number and "Cancellation of Order"

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage, unless the item supplied was not the correct item due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

Fitting of the parts we supply

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevant tools necessary to fit the parts correctly.

When you are returning an item due to an error on our behalf or because it is defective,we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.

Orders returned due to customers ordering the wrong parts or because you no longer need the part will be subject to a 25% handling charge and restocking charge on the total retail value of the goods and you the customer will be liable for the postage costs. Non-Defective goods can only be accepted for return it they are unopened and in their original condition.

Electrical goods cannot be returned as these are checked before leaving the warehouse and cannot be returned.

Pricing

All prices are in Pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Packaging is calculated at checkout and delivery charges apply to any address in the UK. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice. In the event of pricing mistakes you will be notified prior to your order being processed.

Payment

You may pay by any major Credit card or Debit card if ordering by telephone (Please note, we do not accept American Express), or by cheque, UK postal order if ordering by post. Please do not send money (notes) in the post. If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit card, we will only charge your card upon despatch of the goods.If you choose to pay by cheque, your cheue will not be cashed before five working days prior the despatch of the goods.

Bike Selection

Parts on our website are supplied assuming original European bike specification. If your bike has any alterations we cannot be held responsible for errors.

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with the relevent tools necessary to facilitate fitment and confirmation of correct operation.
